Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer delivery within 10 miles of our Original West U location for $15. Anything further than 10 miles will be $2 per mile. If you would like delivery outside of our 10-mile delivery radius, please call your nearest Rustika Cafe and Bakery location for assistance.
Can I send a cake as a gift?
Sure! We will happily deliver a cake to a coworker, friend, family member, etc.
Should I keep my cake refrigerated?
Yes. All of our cakes are made fresh-to-order with real butter. They require refrigeration up until the time of the event.
How long should I leave the cake at room temperature before serving?
Please take your cake out of the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving in general for all cakes. For buttercream or decorated cakes, please allow at least 1 hour before serving. Since we use real butter in the icings, it naturally stiffens in the fridge and loosens up at room temperature.
How long can I display my cake at room temperature?
Depending on the flavor, you will be able to display the cake indoors, not in direct sunlight, for up to 5 hours.
Is everything made in-house?
Yes. Everything, from the icings to the cakes, is made in-house from high quality ingredients!
I would like a specific time for delivery. What should I do?
Please contact the location from which you order and they will be able to assist you with setting up a specific delivery time slot.
Can someone else pick-up the cake?
Sure. Please fill out the name of the person who will be picking up the cake when checking out.
I do not see the flavor I would like to order. What should I do?
You can give us a call at the location from which you would like to order and a representative will be able to assist you. The second option is to continue with the online purchase order form, make sure to select the correct size, then give the location from which you ordered a call and specify your flavor.
*Online Store Policies*
1) Orders placed online via RustikaCafe.shop cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full, unless the order is for the following day. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours, in-store credit will be issued and no refund.
2) Please double check the delivery address before submitting. If it is an apartment, please make sure to type delivery instructions, gate code, etc.
3) If our driver is unable to deliver to the address provided, customer might incur an extra fee to re-deliver the cake.
4) For all other orders, including but not limited to; custom orders, catering orders, etc., there are no refunds, in-store credit only.
