I bought this cake to take to a friends for Thanksgiving, and it went down a treat! I believe pie was cooked but hardly touched whereas the cake was demolished! The cream was very fresh and the sponge was moist. I’m not from the U.S. and I’ve found it hard finding cakes of good quality with quality ingredients until I’ve found this! Going to place an order for another for Christmas!
